Project planning
Planning and configuring the CO2 CONTROL safety system is generally simple and straightforward. However, we will be happy to support you in advance with the planning of your system in accordance with safety and construction-related requirements.
We are, of course, your direct contact for the configuration and design of our CO2 CONTROL safety systems.
Acceptance
In special cases, we issue a KUNDO xT approval for existing CO2 CONTROL systems after assessing and checking the correct installation and proper functioning. KUNDO xT is not authorized to accept any additional, overarching functions.
Maintenance
CO2 safety systems that require monitoring must be regularly maintained in accordance with the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health. To avoid annual, fully responsible maintenance, KUNDO xT prescribes a sensor replacement for the CO2 CONTROL after four years of operation. This eliminates the need for on-site testing and calibration with test gas. For the annual function test in accordance with DIN EN 378, pure CO2 is sufficient to trigger an alarm.
Advance delivery of replacement sensors with a new 4-year warranty means that the installer no longer bears any responsibility. Replacing the sensor is quick and easy. Maintenance cycle documentation guarantees that the cycles are reliably adhered to. Old sensors are sent back to the manufacturer, reconditioned and returned to the replacement cycle. The installer only has to visit the property once, which saves time and money.
Training
We offer CO2 CONTROL training courses at the KUNDO xT factory and, if there is a sufficient number of participants, also on site at your premises.
